Hirain, a father of five, built the company through decades of daily, on‑site involvement. Even today, he remains deeply engaged in day‑to‑day operations, overseeing crews, guiding project quality, and working alongside his team with the same dedication he had in 1989.

Most recently, Hirain began transitioning the family legacy to the next generation. His sons Axel and Robyn Barrios have stepped into leadership, and Barrios Elite Construction was formed to carry the business forward. Axel and Hirain’s daughter Wilma now manage operations, new business development, and project management, blending long‑standing construction expertise with modern systems and technology.
